Christmas Holiday Self-Care Challenge

Over the month of December, leading up to Christmas, a time when many survivors of abuse feel a little overwhelmed at things like the loss of family, isolation, not being included in family gatherings because you were the ‘one’ who called out the abuse, or a myriad of other issues, take a moment EACH day to do something nurturing, something KIND for yourself. As if each day you are unwrapping a tiny gift from you, to you.
